Having a book launch, or wish to elevate the visibility of your business for all conference attendees? The SFWA Hospitality Lounge is known as the “place to be” after programming ends. An opportunity to mix and mingle with conference professionals, this is your opportunity to shine. This sponsorship level is for the evenings from 9PM – 11PM on Thursday or Friday nights.

Book Bag — $5000 (Exclusive Sponsorship)

Our Nebula Conference book bag goes to each registered attendee and is stuffed with free promotional items. This is an exclusive opportunity to put your logo on the front of the bag which will be used throughout the conference and long after.

  • Guaranteed placement of new release or other promotional items in all bags

Water bottles — $2500 (Exclusive Sponsorship)

We know it’s hard to stay hydrated during a long conference. As people reach for a sip or refill, your company logo will be front and center not only at this Nebula Conference, but wherever our attendees go after our event is over. Every attendee to the Nebula Conference will receive a plastic water bottle with your logo on it. (Upgrade options available for additional cost.)


Billboard Banners 

Want to promote a book, project, or display art? This year, we will feature 2020 Nebula Conference branded banners placed in high-traffic areas around the conference.

Full Banner — $900.00 that will feature your logo and highlighted title(s).

Promotional Handouts and Postcards – $100.00/Item

We will distribute your marketing materials to all attendees in our 2020 Nebula Conference Book Bag.

Best Seat in the House (3 available) — $2500

Want to reserve a table at the Nebula Awards® banquet up close to the stage? We have an option for you to celebrate the best of science fiction and fantasy with a full table next to the stage.
  • Includes banquet tickets for up to ten (10).
    • If you or any of your guests have already purchased banquet tickets, we will refund the cost of the banquet ticket to those individuals who have already paid.
  • Seating next to the stage.
  • Two (2) bottles of house wine.
  • Deadline for payment is April 1st, 2020.
Deadline to submit your guest list including all meal choices and dietary accommodation requests is May 1st, 2020.
  • Late additions and changes to your banquet guest list cannot be accommodated.

Preferred Banquet Seating — $2000

Want to reserve a table just for you and your guests? We have an option for you to celebrate the best of science fiction and fantasy with a full table.
  • Includes banquet tickets for up to ten (10).
    • If you or any of your guests have already purchased banquet tickets, we will refund the cost of the banquet ticket to those individuals who have already paid.
  • Two (2) bottles of house wine.
  • Deadline to submit your guest list is May 1st, 2020.
    • Late additions and changes to your banquet guest list cannot be accommodated.

Sponsor a Nebula Nominee — $325.00 per nominee.

Help a Nebula Awards® finalist attend the Nebula Conference and Banquet. Donate $325 or more to the Sponsor-a-Nominee Fund to cover the full conference and banquet ticket for a nominee.
  • Sponsor can remain anonymous, or have the option to be listed in the Nebula Awards® Ceremony Program Book
  • Any unused sponsorship funds in this category will be set aside in a fund for future nominees
